You have shipped production AI systems that institutions rely on. You work fluidly across Python backends and modern TypeScript frontends. You operate without supervision, from ambiguous specs to production.
You have operational experience in defense, intelligence, diplomacy, or risk research. You read Latin America at native fidelity in at least one of Spanish, Portuguese, or English. You know what matters and what doesn’t.
You have shipped an institutional publication — a research desk, a trading note, a diplomatic cable, an intelligence brief. You care about what goes out the door and what doesn’t.
